14 DAY TRIAL // Contrary to earlier reports, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are still together, but just barely. A new report claims the two have been fighting a lot in the past months, with Justin becoming more convinced by the day that he should be single, to sleep “with all the girls out there.”
Sources tell the latest print issue of Us Weekly (story via CB) that the two superstars have been drifting apart in recent months.
They're on the verge of breaking up, hanging by a thread. Selena is too busy with work – as is Justin too –, while he's growing convinced he should be single because there are too many girls out there throwing themselves at his feet.
“They fight and then make up all the time. Justin loves Selena, but he’s starting to feel antsy. He’s in his prime and can get any girl he wants. He has definitely thought about being free,” says a spy.
Selena too is not making things easier because she's determined to make a name for herself as a serious actress, which means she spends a lot of time away on work.
“Selena’s schedule is crazy and has become a source of contention. She has broken big plans – like a trip to Mexico – with Justin six times, and he complains,” the insider says.
“He feels he should be tapping all the girls who come around. It’s hard,” adds the same source.
Things have been getting worse since May, when Selena worked for days on end on her new film, “Spring Breakers” with James Franco.
Whenever Justin tried to spend some time with her, she would usually cancel because of her schedule.
Even though the spy is certain the two will break up soon, another unnamed source points out the obvious: of course they're fighting a lot, they're still young and restless.
“They are kids! Of course they fight. They can both be dramatic,” says the source.
Justin and Selena have been dating for roughly about a year and a half.
