14 DAY TRIAL // Justin Bieber continues to do what he does best as his constant partying is beginning to drive people around him mad. The singer has been laying low from the paparazzi radar for a while now, but only because he's been busy with non-stop parties that are threatening to bring him close to a parole violation.
The 20-year-old has moved into an exclusive Beverly Hills community and since then has managed to drive his neighbors absolutely crazy with his constant parties. TMZ reports that police officers have been called to his residents six times already but their efforts have yielded no visible results.
Now it has been uncovered that the police have given the angry neighbors the green light to place Justin Bieber under house arrest following repeated complains about noise coming from his condo. Apart from the noise, the people living near the singer are said to be bothered by the strong smell of marijuana coming from the singer's property.
Reports coming in from the location estimate the singer was entertaining up to 75 people on Saturday and close to 20 on Sunday. At the moment, Justin Bieber seems to be unaware of the dangers that come with his rebellious nature.
The Canadian singer seems to have forgotten that he is already on probation for egging a neighbor's house when he was still living in Calabasas, California. A judge ruled at the time that he was to receive two years of probation for his act, as well as five days of community service and attendance of a course in anger management.
Reminding us all of moments from the comedy “Police Academy,” it turns out that police, tired of showing up at the location only to come out empty handed (the officers need to see the offense with their own eyes before they can make an arrest and Justin was compliant with their requests every time), gave his neighbors the right to make the first move and sequester the pop singer were he to break the law again.
That means putting him under citizen's arrest and basically restraining him until the police arrive and can sort matters out.
Photos from the rooftop party show extensive use of drugs and alcohol, which is pretty much what the neighbors are describing as well. One outraged resident is quoted as saying, “here were bimbos lining up to do drugs in the lobby bathroom.”
The one thing you can count on if it does come down to Bieber getting restrained by his neighbors is the fact that there is going to be a physical altercation right after that, knowing the singer's short temper.
