Just when he thought he was out of the woods, Justin Bieber gets in trouble with the law again. The Canadian singer has just evaded jail time in his famous Miami DUI case, that a new lawsuit comes to threaten his newfound peace and quiet and threatening him with legal action.

TMZ reports that Bieber has been accused of attacking a photographer and also ordering his bodyguards to destroy his equipment because he was trying to get photos of him. The photographer's name is Aja Oxman and he claims that Justin set his goons on him, while he “enjoyed his beating.”

The lawsuit alleges that when Justin Bieber was in Kauai last November and went cliff diving at Shipwreck Beach, Oxman took his picture while sitting on a public beach. The paparazzo claims it wasn't long until Bieber told his bodyguard to attack him.

In his own words, Oxman recalls that Bieber ordered the enforcer to “go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card.” The photographer then recalls that the bodyguard happily obliged and proceeded to rough him up.

The bodyguard was named as one Dwayne Patterson who was booked for third degree assault and fourth degree criminal damage to property. The lawsuit also details how the paparazzo was assaulted, by claiming that he was held in a choke hold, all the while being slammed on the roof of his car.

They managed to take his memory card, as well as his camera, and the photographer claims that even Bieber joined the bodyguards for the last part which saw them destroying his equipment.

So far, Bieber's camp has not responded to the lawsuit, but it's likely that they are currently organizing a defense for the singer, who has just avoided going to jail in the Miami DUI case by coping a plea with the state and agreeing to take anger management lessons, as well as pay a hefty fine.

This is not the first time Bieber has been accused of turning his bodyguards on paparazzi, and it's likely not the last one either. The singer is still due to appear before the court back in his home country of Canada, for allegedly assaulting a limo driver back in December.

This doesn't look well for the pop crooner, who just recently was reported to have found Jesus again, and have reconnected in faith with on-again-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez. He's been posting quotes from the Bible all weekend, so we're curious what the Good Book has to say about strangling photographers.
