14 DAY TRIAL // In his years in the spotlight, Justin Bieber has seen his fair share of ridiculous claims and lawsuits, including a paternity one, but none like this: a man claiming to be Selena Gomez’s father is trying to take him to court.
TMZ has obtained the legal documents with which the man is trying to make a case against the biggest teen pop star out there these days.
Not only does he claim that Justin stole his credit card, but also that the star got his daughter pregnant (“on my Canadian bear rug”) and then forced her to get an abortion – ironically, using the money that was on said stolen credit card, $426.78 (€328.5) to be more exact.
If only that was all.
The man originating from Michigan also claims that Justin is cheating on Selena with the likes of Penelope Cruz, Ke$ha and Rihanna. At least he has good taste in women, if he’s going to be scoundrel.
Usher, Justin’s mentor and good friend, is also mentioned in the official documents: he visited the man at his home on July 4, 2012 and raped him, threatening to set him on fire with a firework, while adequately singing Katy Perry’s “Firework.”
“[Bieber] gave selena a std and Bieber stole my credit card to buy him and sean p-ditty [sic] combs cocaine to use in drug free school zones [sic],” the lawsuit alleges.
“I'm an emotional mess... America must boycott biebers music!,” the man concludes by saying.
Somehow, we doubt Bieber’s music, such as it is, has anything to do with the fact that this man is an “emotional mess.”
Bieber was not contacted for comment on the lawsuit but, when he finds out about the claims made in it, he’s bound to have a good laugh at the very least.
