There has been much dispute about the video footage showing Justin Bieber in jail following hit arrest in Miami between the singer's camp and news agencies. On the one hand, Justin's lawyers tried their best to prevent the footage from being made public, and on the other hand, news agencies struggled to gain access to the said footage by any means necessary.

Today, after a month of back and forth negotiations, the video is finally made public and it shows the real state in which the Canadian pop star was at the time of his arrest in Miami for driving under the influence, driving with an expired license and drag racing.

Before we go any further, it should be mentioned that Bieber has a blood-alcohol level which exceeded the legal limit, as well as Xanax and marijuana in his system at the time he was taken into custody by local police officers.

The video shows Bieber in a South Florida police station, being given a field sobriety test by the arresting officers. The pop idol can be seen dressed in a black sweatshirt with the hood pulled up, black leather pants and red sneakers.

The field sobriety tests, as many people know, consist of merely walking a straight line indicated by the office. Justin does manage to pull it off, but it's evident by his slow movements and tensed posture that he's struggling to perform as best he can under the circumstances.

Another video shows Bieber being left alone in a holding area, and he immediately drops down to do over twenty push-ups. It's not known why he chose to engage in this physical activity, but many have speculated that he was trying to sweat out the alcohol in his system, because he also had his hood on the whole time.

The Canadian crooner has just denied a plea in this case which was offered him by the prosecutors, mainly because it involved a long probation during which he would have to undergo random drug testing. In case he failed at any time, he could be sent to jail for violation of probation.

His legal team is apparently very confident that the police doesn't have a case and that he will be able to clear Bieber of all accusations, which is why they are choosing to refuse the plea deal.

There are other pieces of footage released, but some of his stints in jail have not been made public. In all, five videos are said to be withheld by his legal team for “containing sensitive material.” The sensitive material they are referring to turns out to be Bieber providing a urine sample.
