Before Justin Bieber can clean up his act, like so many celebrities and people in his entourage have suggested, he's still got a lot of legal issues on the back log. Today, it's been revealed that at least one of them has been resolved in the form of a financial settlement.

TMZ claims that the “Baby” hit maker has settled the lawsuit in which one of his former bodyguards accused him of assault and battery, as well as unpaid overtime for unspecified damages.

The bodyguard in question is named Moshe Benabou and TMZ says he is an ex-Israeli soldier who used to be in Bieber's employment for protection services from 2011 until 2012 when their collaboration abruptly ended.

Benabou claimed in the lawsuit that the singer berated and punched him in the chest multiple times after a concert, which qualifies as assault and battery. The entire incident is said to have stemmed from the fact that Justin did not appreciate the way his bodyguard handled one of his friends.

The case has been now settled out of court, but the amount of money the ex-bodyguard received to drop his complaint has not been disclosed. For Justin, this is good news, as he's already facing several police investigations which will see him spending a lot of time in court.

At the moment, the singer is looking at no less than 3 outstanding criminal investigations in two separate countries, in the United States, as well as his home country in Canada.

However, the singer hasn't been disturbed by all the legal trouble so far, putting on a cocky attitude, even as he was presented in cuffs in front of a Miami judge last month for DUI and drag racing accusations.

In the end, it all seems to catch up with him, as his Super Bowl party spree was severely dented last week in New York when he was denied entry from a series of clubs that didn't want to accommodate him, fearing he would cause trouble.
