Say goodbye to Justin Bieber the pop star and hello to Bizzle the rap star. It's been reported that Justin has just finalized the sale on the last piece of property he owned in Los Angeles, making way for his move to Atlanta, the home of America's best rappers.

TMZ has the scoop that Justin sold the controversial home he owned in Calabasas to none other than Khloe Kardashian, the reality star who plans to turn it into her bachelorette pad after her divorce with Lamar Odom is finalized.

Based on information from insiders, the price of the property as it exchanged hands was a whopping $7.2 million (€5.1 million), which means that Bieber actually came out on top from the transaction, managing to score a little over a million dollars in profit.

Not too bad for a day's work! However, the people who are glad of the sale and Justin's departure are his neighbors, who have been living under a reign of terror ever since the Canadian teen moved to their neck of the woods.

He brought with him a loud entourage and was often criticized for throwing loud parties at odd hours, racing his car through the neighborhood and even taking revenge on his next-door neighbor for calling the cops on him so many times by egging the front of his house.

The pop artist has a pending police investigation in that case, which resulted in the arrest of one of his friends, Lil Za, when officers raided his home in search of evidence for the egg attack. The DA is still trying to figure out the degree of damages and whether they fall under felony vandalism or misdemeanor.

Justin's departure from Los Angeles seems definitive, as insiders reveal he called off the search for a new home in town and focused his entire house-hunting efforts in Atlanta, where he hopes to make it big as a rap star and focus his attention on a more mature, and hopefully male, audience.

The same insiders reveal that Justin also owned a piece of land next to his mansion, almost 2 acres big, but that it too is in the process of being sold, with the deal closing in 30 days and totaling $2.7 million (€1.93 million), after he purchased it in 2012 for $2.35 million (€1.68 million).

The buyer is nobody famous, but he's sure going to have a famous predecessor and some famous neighbors left and right.
