14 DAY TRIAL // Over the weekend, word got out online that Selena Gomez’s personal life was going off the rails because she had surrounded herself with all the wrong people, removed those who could counsel her and put her best interest first and foremost, and was partying too much.
The report even said that she would party until she passed out, did drugs indiscriminately, and drink until she could barely stand.
At least she’s over Justin Bieber, a new report in Hollywood Life claims.
Right now, Justin and the Kardashian clan, which includes the younger Jenner girls, are in Ibiza. They met up at Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci’s birthday party, and photos of Justin and Kendall looking a bit more than friends have emerged online, together with reports that they left together and spent most of the night kissing in dark corners.
Ah, young love!
Word of this has also gotten to Selena’s ears but, for once, she is past feeling jealous over Justin’s random (or less so) hookups.
“Selena is beyond over Justin and his immature behavior. She knows very well that he is trying to make her jealous with all the pics he’s been posting of him with other girls, including Kendall,” an inside source tells the celebrity e-zine.
Selena knows that Justin is trying to get to her with these photos and romantic conquests, because he’s done it before, and each time he did, it worked wonders. But that is in the past now.
“But rather than making her feel hurt or making her miss Justin, it’s back firing. She’s disgusted with how he’s behaving. She’s not hurt, she’s actually grateful that she’s not with him anymore. In her opinion, he’s acting out and she would rather have nothing to do with him,” the source continues.
So Justin Bieber, trying to make Selena Gomez jealous by making out with Kendall Jenner and other, less famous models, your tricks are no longer working because she’s onto you.
If you recall, Justin and Selena were good friends before they became romantically involved. In 2011, after months of speculation and dodging questions about their relationship, Selena admitted that she and Justin had long stopped being friends and had become girlfriend and boyfriend.
For a while, it seemed like they were a couple made in PR heaven: even the diehard fans, the Beliebers, who sent her death threats when she confirmed the romance, had come to terms with it and had accepted her into their fold.
Then, Justin started sleeping with random girls and acting immature. Selena stuck by his side for many more months, going back and forth in the relationship but she eventually called it quits for good in June, after another attempt to make it work.
This time, the breakup has cured her of her Bieber fever, it seems.
