Justin Bieber Flies High in First Ad for Someday Fragrance

Justin Bieber is making girls’ dreams come true: the first ad for his brand new (and first) fragrance, called Someday, sees the pop star flying high and sniffing on the neck of a girl trying the perfume out. Check it out below.

As we also informed you the other day, The Biebs is branching out: given how immensely successful his nail polish line turned out to be, it’s no wonder he’s now focusing on other cosmetic products for girls and young women.

Someday is just that: Justin’s gift to his loyal fans, a fragrance in whose development he was involved every step of the way, something to bring them closer to him.

That last part is precisely what happens in the first ad for Someday. The video shows a girl (who, celebrity pundits note, appears to be slightly older than Justin), about to try out the new perfume.

Every puff brings him nearer to her, sniffing at her neck and as if about to reach out his hand and touch her, interacts with her.

Of course, that doesn’t happen, because the Justin we see in the movie is not the actual Justin, but only the physical representation of the fragrance.

In other words, each puff of Someday brings a puff of Justin in your life, should you happen to be a fan that will purchase the fragrance. It’s not a complicated metaphor, but it’s beautifully done.

“Justin created Someday to give fans a personal invitation and intimate access to his heart,” a note on the official webpage of the product reads.

“It’s a fragrance he can’t get enough of and can’t stay away from, making those who wear it irresistible. So take the experience past the music, beyond the performer, and journey deep into a world of possibilities. Into the world of Justin Bieber,” the post further says.

Someday by Justin Bieber becomes available in stores on June 20 – not a very long wait for a true fan. In the meantime, check out the ad below.
