When cops in Miami pulled Justin Bieber over last month and booked him on DUI and drag racing, it seemed that the story wasn't going to stick in court. A video from surveillance cameras showed the car doing a mellow 27 mph (43 km/h) when Justin was pulled over.

Today, TMZ has obtained official information from the Lamborghini's GPS that proves the pop singer was indeed speeding. The GPS has him clocked at 136 mph (218 km/h) at 1:23 am on the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Miami Beach.

At the time, Justin was on his way to a club where he arrived at 2:27 am, stayed for an hour and then drove away. This means that cops were well within their right to pull Justin over, just not at the moment they did, but much earlier.

It's possible that cops received a report of a yellow Lamborghini speeding around Miami Beach and went and made the bust anyway.

For Justin, this latest news comes to add more to his legal troubles. He has already tested positive for being under the influence of marijuana and prescription medication at the time of his arrest, and now police have evidence of him speeding too.

The LA District Attorney is also seeking to prosecute him for felony vandalism for the alleged egging of a neighbor's house in Calabasas, California. Meanwhile, Canadian authorities have accused him of assault against a limo driver in an incident that took place last year.

And to add insult to injury, the young pop singer has found himself being flagged by US Customs and is now the subject of lengthy and thorough scrutiny every time he enters the country. For his last visit, he was detained for four hours by customs officials as his private plane was searched for drugs.
