Justin Bieber Ditched Vegan Diet Because It Turned Him into a Real Jerk

A short while ago, Justin Bieber wanted to overhaul his diet to live a healthier life, so he turned vegan. Unfortunately, his effort was short-lived because his temper got the best of him, says a new report.

The latest print issue of Star (story via CB) claims that even his girlfriend Selena Gomez became excessively annoyed with Justin during his health kick because of how he was behaving like a jerk at all times.

Eventually, he had no other choice but to go back to eating meat and dairy, even though his mentor Usher, who also presented him with the idea in the first place, would have liked him to keep trying.

“His mood took a major nose dive – he was such a brat. Soon everyone was begging him to just eat a steak!” an insider says for the publication.

Considering how Justin already has quite the reputation of a brat / diva, one can only imagine how he must have been behaving – assuming, of course, that there’s any truth to this.

“Justin ordered a tofu steak and tempeh tacos from Real Food Daily in LA, and he was really grossed out. He made a big show of spitting out the food and making gagging noises,” the insider says of one particular occasion.

In a short while, even Selena had grown tired of Justin’s antics.

“She has encouraged the health kick but told him to drop it. She said that being vegan turned Justin into a jerk,” adds the insider.

Proof that he’s no longer vegan came the other day, when, as we also informed you, Justin puked on stage in the middle of a gig.

He simply turned his back to the audience and let it all out, running off stage afterwards for a sip of water, we presume.

Justin returned later and carried the show through. Afterwards, writing on Twitter, he blamed his mishap on bad milk.
