Jumbuck Entertainment announced that, as a result of an agreement with Virgin Mobile USA, it has become the carrier's exclusive provider of WAP and Java-based chat services. This will give Virgin Mobile customers access to one of the largest mobile chat communities in the world.
For the past year, Jumbuck has been providing Virgin Mobile access to its chat community through a customized Java application known as 'Chat Park.' Under the new agreement, Jumbuck's popular Power Chat service, available on over 40 carriers globally, is now accessible to Virgin Mobile's customers. Virgin Mobile has also launched Jumbuck's new 'Text Chat' SMS chat service.
"Enabling our customers to communicate instantly with such a large established global community was most beneficial for us. We've had great customer feedback on these services as well," commented Dominick Tolli, Vice President of Mobile Data Services, Virgin Mobile USA.
