She’s a dancer, a singer and an actress. With such a busy life, it’s a wonder that stunner Julianne Hough still finds the time to invest a lot of time and effort into her figure but, she tells Self magazine, she couldn’t imagine herself less active.

Showing off her incredible physique in the latest issue of the magazine, Julianne also offers some details about the kind of effort that goes into maintaining her.

It shouldn’t surprise anyone that she works out almost every single day of the week – but it’s not because she has to, but because she likes it, she says.

“I grew up mountain biking in Utah, and I’ve been doing it more recently since working in Miami. I crave danger. I find going fast exhilarating! I adore snowboarding, skiing, and skydiving,” she says.

Clearly, she’s not the type that would rather be at home than out on the road.

However, even Julianne has her limits when it comes to working out: she tends to get bored rather easily, so, to prevent that, she needs to be constantly mixing it up.

“I vary my workouts every day because, otherwise, I get bored. I always try to run for 20 to 40 minutes on the beach first. Six days a week is fantastic, but four is great too,” she says.

In the same interview, Julianne, who can now be seen in theaters in “Footloose,” which is already earning raving reviews despite initial skepticism, also opens up a bit about her romance to Ryan Seacrest.

She’s not saying too much but, compared to nothing at all, it’s still something.

“A couple of years ago, my dad asked me if, when I’m on the road by myself, no boyfriend, no family, no dogs to comfort me, I am happy with who I am. That stuck with me. If you don’t know yourself, you can’t really love anybody,” she says.

“Today, I am really happy with who I am and feel like I’m in the right place. I’d met Ryan many times over the years, but we got together at the right time,” Julianne adds.
