Even though some of the most optimistic reports said that Lindsay Lohan would at least get to spend a few days in jail because of parole violation with the latest grand theft charge, she walked on bail a few hours ago – and some harsh words from the judge.

Lohan was in court a few hours ago to face the music after allegedly walking out of an LA jewelry store with a “one of a kind,” $2,500 gold necklace, which she claims she borrowed, but she walked out a free woman.

TMZ reports – and the video below will confirm – that Lindsay entered a “not guilty” plea on the charge, claiming that she had the necklace as a loaner that her assistant simply forgot to return on time.

The legally-troubled actress was arraigned and had bail set at $40,000 ($20,000 for the theft and $20,000 for parole violation).

However, the judge warned her that this was officially the last time she would walk out a free woman if she ever broke the law again – and even told her not to “push her luck.”

“Lindsay Lohan was just remanded into custody, following a STRONG warning from Judge Keith Schwartz – ‘You’re no different than anyone else... please don’t push your luck’,” TMZ writes of what went down at the court hearing.

“During the hearing, Judge Schwartz said Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and prosecutor Danette Meyers, were going to meet to possibly reach a plea bargain,” the e-zine further notes.

“Judge Schwartz set her bail at $20,000 – but warned, ‘If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be NO BAIL’,” TMZ says.

At this point, Lindsay seemed on the verge of tears.

“The judge also revoked Lindsay’s probation in the DUI case and set bail at $20,000 – so total bail is $40,000,” TMZ informs.

Shortly after the hearing, Lohan was booked. She posted bail and drove out.

Below is a video of Lindsay Lohan in court. Several media outlets note that she dressed “inappropriately” for court, that she ruined her lips with fillers and that she’s almost laughing towards the end of the judge’s speech.

See for yourself.
