Jordan and Peter Andre Have Bunny Issues!They named their baby girl, at last... |

Peter Andre was famous back in 1996, when his album went to no.1 in the UK charts, but after that, his fame faded away, like that of so many other one-hit wonders. What put him back into the spotlights was a British reality TV series called "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!", where he constantly flirted with Katie Price aka Jordan, with whom he married soon afterwards, and adopted her child from a previous affair.
Although Peter's musical career never got back to past glory, they still lived off pretty well; however, there were also some unfortunate events, among which Jordan's miscarriage in 2006 and Peter's meningitis in 2007, some even speculating his death. Obviously, that didn't happen and although their lives have been tough, they haven't lost all their optimism. Since then, Jordan has started a writing career and given birth to a baby girl, whom she was supposed to name Crystal after one of her books.
That was a poor choice of name, to say the least, but it's quite common, so it did not stir up media attention. Probably Jordan was disappointed in that, so the couple decided to rename the baby to a more...alternative name, such as Bunny. This is no rumor folks! The story appeared on OK! magazine's front cover, along with some other info on Katie, such as dramatic weight loss and post-natal depression. Hmm...about that weight-loss I remember her saying to Sky news something along the lines of "skinny girls like Nicole Richie and Teri Hatcher look too thin and gaunt. It's just not nice". What ever happened to that idea?
Getting back to the baby's name, Bunny. I usually respect people's choices regarding their families, unless it's some form of abuse. A baby can't fight for its rights and cannot make its own choices, but the media can help out and act as a pressure group in certain cases. So naming the kid after a small furry pet may not seem like a big deal, and may even look cute to some, but that kid is not going to stay a baby for long.
Eventually, (the) little Bunny is going to have a social life, first at kindergarten and then at school. What is she going to say to the other kids when they make fun of her name? "Well friends, my mom's a naïve blonde and she liked furry animals...a lot...very much...daaamn...Oh and my dad can't even tie his own shoes without asking for permission". The kid can't say that to the others, she's too small to have a sense of humor. Bunny Andre is doomed to a life of having a name of a porn star. Who knows, maybe Jordan wants someone to continue her legacy.

Also, just because some nobody started the rumour that Katie & Peter were going to call her Crystal, does NOT mean it was true, people were just so thirsty for news about the baby (and/or to be the first to announce it to the public) that they write anything, whether its true or not they are not bothered aslong as they say something.
I, myself have not yet managed to read their article in the OK magazine but i will, but i also wanted to say if Katie talks about dramatic weight-loss and post natal depression ... maybe Katie's post natal depression caused her dramatic weight-loss, but since your a man you would know nothing about that.
I find what you've said disgusting just because Katie is blonde (which she isn't always blonde by the way, she grew up with brown hair, so what would dying her hair blonde do with anything?), if you have this much to say just because Katie is a glamour model (making comments about Bunny being a porn star name), where were you when many other celebrities call their children names like Apple or Coco Cox etc? or did they not get criticism as they weren't glamour models? Katie probably has more brains and more money than you could ever imagine!! |
