Developers from the Joomla Project have announced that their software, Joomla, is now at version 1.7.3, and it's considered to be a security release.

Joomla a content management system (CMS), which keeps track of every piece of content on a website, much like the local public library keeps track of books and stores them.

Highlights of Joomla 1.7.3:

· Users can now save as copy template style; · User login problem with redirect has been fixed; · Code fixes for end of line inconsistencies have been implemented; · Page break was not functioning when 'Table of Contents' was set to Hide. This works now as it should; · A lot of work was done in Jdatabasequery; · A problem installing with another language than default has been repaired; · Now, the back-end language switching is working only when Default is selected; · Problem with preg_quote in function utf8_ireplace has been fixed.
