There’s a new feud a-brewing: on a recent appearance on Jimmy Fallon, Jonah Hill called out “Glee’s” Matthew Morrison for being mean to him on two separate occasions, HolyMoly informs. Hill says he can’t stand Morrison now.
While promoting the latest film he’s starred in, “Moneyball” with Brad Pitt (now in select theaters), the recently slimmed down star said one of the most humiliating experiences in his life are directly connected to Morrison.
Though he never met him before, Matthew was mean to Jonah on two different occasions, as if he had something against him.
It all started at a Fox party, Jonah recalled, they both attended.
“This (publicity) woman is giving us these instructions... and no one is paying attention... and Zooey (Deschanel) starts talking to me. And I’m, like, whatever I don’t want to get in trouble or anything like that. And she keeps talking to me, and the woman goes, ‘Jonah, please be quiet while I’m talking’,” the actor says.
While Matthew had absolutely no reason to butt in, it’s exactly what he did next.
“This guy (Morrison) piggybacks this woman calling me out. I’ve never met this guy before in my entire life. He goes, ‘Yeah Jonah, can’t you stop talking for one second?’ And everyone laughed at me! I wasn’t even talking to anybody!” Hill goes on to say.
This didn’t stop here either. Two weeks later, Jonah overheard Matthew cracking jokes at his expense, and the offense was doubled and renewed.
“I can’t really hear what's going on and then I hear, ‘Something, something, something... Jonah Hill.’ And then they both start laughing! And so I’m the punchline in this guy’s joke? He doesn’t even know I’m at this party. What is his deal?” Jonah asks.
As he sees it, Matthew is the “bully” because he picked on him, an up and coming star, solely because he already has a hit show on the air.
