14 DAY TRIAL // A new allegation has come to make the very public and extremely bitter divorce battle between Jon and Kate Gosselin even more… well, public and bitter. Former nanny Stephanie Santoro is telling Radar Online in a new, explosive interview that she knows firsthand that Jon hacked into everything Kate had access to, including personal emails, text messages and personal accounts, The Hollywood Gossip says.
This is not the first time that Santoro’s name surfaces in the tabloids, since she’s also the nanny with whom Jon reportedly had an affair not long ago. However, this time, she’s making allegations that might put Jon outside the realm of legality, they say, unlike back then when he was only accused of cheating. As several US publications point out, if Jon did indeed pry into Kate’s personal affairs after they became separated, he could stand in court for committing a crime.
“Jon told me that he pretty much hacked into everything of Kate’s that he had access to. Her online banking, that he had a trace on every single one of her emails so anytime she would get an email he would get a copy of it. Jon threatens everyone that he will sue them if they tell what they know. He told me that he had enough there that when the ball dropped he would have enough to completely screw her over.” Santoro says for Radar.
While Jon’s publicist and his legal representative are both unavailable for comment, Kate Gosselin has already made a statement regarding the latest allegations. Speaking to TMZ via a statement, the mother of eight professes to be extremely disturbed by the recent reports. Moreover, since she probably doesn’t consider them that far from the truth, she’s already weighing her legal options in the matter to determine which will be her next step.
“Kate Gosselin has heard the allegations made by Stephanie Santoro that Jon Gosselin ‘hacked’ into her emails, phone, and online accounts, and she is profoundly disturbed by them. Under the circumstances, Ms. Gosselin is carefully considering all of her legal options regarding this matter, and she will pursue them if and when the time is right.” a spokesperson for Kate tells TMZ.
