I for one think that its a beautiful thing that any one, especially a man as influencial and popular as Johnny, can see love as such a free spirited and blissful thing. I'm very happy for the two because Johnny's right, you shouldn't have to sign a piece of paper in order to love someone. And as long as you have promised to each other and make the committment and actually love each other, you're all ready married.Thats how I want my love to be, free from the restrictions of society.I'm only 14 and I'm blond and even I can see that love is more than a law that says you're married. I'm actually a lot like Johnny myself(not just saying that cus I'm a fan) I admire him because he's a great man, not because he's a heart throb. He's my favorite actor, even if he doesn't answer fan mail( I wouldn'teither). i think depp is a wonderful person. he understands life in a way most actors dont that one thing that marks him differant from all the other's. i hope your daughter has recovered perfectly all the best.

Johnny Depp is one of my favorite actors. But I don't agree with his statement, " signing a piece of paper doesn't mean anything in the eyes of God ". Just because a couple loves one another, does not mean that they should be living together unwed.

Johnny is forever my hero. I love him, and all that he does. He is as free as the wind, and he shares that with his family. He has beautiful children, and they love him. Love can be so many things,... but the most important thing is that you guard your heart, and you know when to let it run wild. He seems to understand the meaning of life, and a soulful person like him seems to not let his ego run wild, and has not been spoiled by his fame, fans, and popularity among so many crowds. My fantasy is to make a movie with Johnny Depp, but I've not lost hope. =) Love, Moonsong

Johnny depp has been married before and it didin't not work out, but he has been one to be engaged to other women since, including Winonna Ryder who I feel was the one woman who he truly loved deeply. The two are very similar in many ways and when she broke off the engagement , he was devastated! Yes of course he dated after Winonna but never found anyone quite like her to consider a marrage again. Yes he has been with this French woman since 1998 and have two beautiful childrfen, but has admitted in interviews it was not a conscious choice when he became a father....it happened. But these two children are his life now and as wanting to marry the mother of his two children.....NO I think he lives for his children now not for himself which means no thank you to a wife to answer to. Hint: I think running into Winnona would break his heart all over again....she was the one he wanted so badly and it wouldnt surprise me if one day when his children are grown, he comes back to see her if shes still mysteriously hiding out in some place not hitched to anyone. But no marrage for this woman he is now with he loves her,but....absolutley noway!!!!!
