John Mayer Puts the Moves on Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence is one of the hottest actresses of the young generation and, the other night, no one was more aware of that than crooner John Mayer, who seemed totally smitten with her, says a new report.

Mayer and Lawrence happened to be at the Medieval Times in Los Angeles over the weekend, and he did not miss the opportunity to make a few passes at the gorgeous actress.

Her boyfriend of two years, Nicholas Hoult, was not there.

Eyewitnesses tell Radar Online that not only did John put on his famous moves on Jennifer, but she even responded and got incredibly flirty with him.

Had she not been taken, this could have been the beginning of a beautiful romance, to paraphrase an old saying.

“It was almost like she was a little nervous being around him. She kept giggling and covering her mouth. It was cute,” an eyewitness says for the aforementioned publication.

“And John was eyeing up Jennifer like he was a dog and she was a juicy pork chop! When he lays on the charm he lays it on real thick!” adds the same source.

Throughout the night, John made sure he was at the top of his game, being the soul of the party – and it was all for Jennifer's eyes, if we're to believe the report.

“He’s really well read so he kept using his knowledge of the medieval era to make puns and crack everyone up. He was even putting on an English accent at times and ordering 'beer-eth.' Jennifer thought he was a riot. It was like a freshman having a crush on the captain of the football team,” another source says for Radar.

It wasn't the first time the two were spotted together either. The same media outlet notes that, before this, Jennifer and John were seen out shopping on Melrose Avenue with Zooey Deschanel.

He looked sort of infatuated with the “Hunger Games” star, says yet another inside source.

Be that as it may, John doesn't really stand a chance with Jennifer, Radar is quick to point out. She and Hoult have been going strong for a couple of years, with insiders saying they're more in love than ever.
