E! News caught up with the singer on the red carpet at the recent Fox television upfronts, and he really did not hesitate before ripping into the two pop stars for agreeing to be on the show.
As he sees it, they have no place on it because they're not really singers and, consequently, are in no position to judge singers who are trying to break into the industry.
“You know it’s interesting. It should be very interesting. I don’t have much to say. It’s interesting when people, you know, are judging singing competitions when they aren’t really singers,” Legend said, as the video above will confirm.
