The Simpsons seem to be one of the most inventive and money-making families in showbiz, with side business ranging from Ashlee's Victoria's Secret line and Broadway performance, to Jessica launching her own lines of bags, shoes and sexy lingerie.
Nonetheless, their father is the man who runs the show in its entirety, with him having the power to say what his daughter are to wear and what not, or how much to reveal out of their bodies. Just recently, he signed a deal with WireImage that virtually makes him the stars' official paparazzo.
Now, he just found a new way of making money off of Jessica's image: he will open a restaurant chain, inspired from the character the singer played in 'The Dukes of Hazzard' comedy. The themed-restaurant will be named Daisy Duke, like the sexy character that Jess gave life to, and the main attraction will be the scantily-clad waitresses that will strut from table to table in very short shorts and revealing tops.
The first of its kind, Daisy Duke will open next year, at the Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. Jessica will commit to appearing there in person (probably not to wait on people) for at least five times a year. But it's not her who is going to benefit from the restaurant.
'Joe's going to make a lot of money from this', a source told 'Life and Style Weekly' Magazine. A spokesperson for Jessica refused to comment on this statement.
