Lifetime is getting ready for the release of another movie based on real-life controversial events: the Jodi Arias story. A first sneak peek at the film, called “Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret,” is above.

Starring Tania Raymonde, whom fans might remember from “Lost,” and Jesse Lee Soffer, the film aims to portray Arias’ passionate love affair with Travis Alexander and the events that led to his brutal death.

Lifetime started working on the project a year ago, even before Arias’ trial started.

In May, Jodi Arias was found guilty of murder, with her story failing to convince a jury that she had acted in self-defense when she stabbed, shot in the head, and then slashed Alexander’s throat.

“Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret” also stars Tony Plana (“Ugly Betty”) and David Zayas (“Dexter”), and will air on June 22.
