Comedienne and Miss Piggy got into a very heated dispute at QVC Red Carpet Style party

Hilarity ensued online when comedienne Joan Rivers fled the QVC Red Carpet Style party the other night with her face covered in what looked like cake frosting, because many assumed she’d finally gotten serves for her many offensive jokes. As it turns out, it was all just a stunt.

But it was a very well-orchestrated one because Joan did her best to make everyone believe otherwise, even fleeing the party upset, yelling at her bodyguards to take her to the car as quickly as possible and acting as if she didn’t want to have her picture taken.

Of course, had she really wanted that, she would have left through the back door, after getting herself cleaned up a bit, but that’s a different story.

The cake attacker has been identified, as you can see in the video above as well: Miss Piggy. Joan and Miss Piggy got into a very heated dispute at the event, which saw them trade insults and eventually shove each other around for a while.

Joan just happened to fall face-first into a cake that just happened to be right next to her. You see where this is going, I presume: the whole stunt was shot for a new QVC viral.

Joan herself has a line of clothes and accessories selling through the network, so it only made sense for her to take part into a new campaign.
