They’re “up all night to get turkey,” absolutely ready for the festive season

The other night on his show, Jimmy Fallon totally got in the mood for the festive season, celebrating Thanksgiving, Hanukah and Christmas altogether with a medley of songs made up of recent hits whose lyrics he had rewritten for the occasion.

He wasn’t alone in his endeavor though because actress Rashida Jones and country singer Carrie Underwood were also there to lend him a helping hand. You can see the hilarious musical skit in the video above.

My favorite part is, without a doubt, when Carrie comes in and sings to Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” and even has the lip-synching cat in the background, just like Miley did during her live performance at the 2013 American Music Awards.

Other tunes included were Katy Perry’s “Roar,” Lorde’s “Royals,” Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines,” and Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky.”

This is definitely something that can brighten up your day, especially if you’re feeling a bit down after all that Black Friday hustle and bustle, so do enjoy!
