14 DAY TRIAL // David Duran, who now lives in the city of Albuquerque in New Mexico, US, claims to have seen the image of Jesus Christ holding a lamb in his arms on the skin of an otherwise ordinary apple.
What's more, the man has been courteous enough to provide a photo of this miraculous and wondrous apple, most likely looking for confirmation that there is nothing wrong with his sight.
The photo is available below, i.e. the one on the left, and chances are many of you will fail to see Jesus, let alone the lamb, in it. Rest assured, the same thing happened to me.
The good news – and I speak from experience – is that if you slightly tilt your head to the right, and also focus on the actual picture of Jesus, you might get to see what David Duran saw.
I for one have to admit that, after giving it my best shot, I did notice some kind of resemblance. Unfortunately, it only took one second for Jesus and the lamb to pack their bags and head out of my visual field.
Still, David Duran is not one to doubt his eyes. “There’s the hair. There’s like the face and then his robe around here and then right in the middle you can see like a figure of a lamb, see – like he’s holding a lamb.”
“Maybe it’s a sign from the Lord that maybe we need to change our ways and maybe look at things to be more positive in this world. Like helping our fellow neighbors and being good to people,” the man said, as cited by Daily Mail.
By the looks of it, David Duran came across Jesus' image in the fruit's skin while trying to make his grandmother's delicious apple butter.
