Jessica Simpson is the latest celebrity to become the spokesperson for weight loss program Weight Watchers but, only a few weeks into the plan, she's already feeling the pressure of the task at hand, says a new report.
She's reportedly getting $4 million (€3.1 million) for the gig, so in the end, she must have something really good to show for this money.
notes that getting back in the game hasn't been easy for the star, especially since she's always upset to leave her baby's side.
Then, there's also the thought that she must drop 50 pounds (22.6 kg) in just 5 months, so she has a pretty difficult road ahead.
“Jessica Simpson is not wasting any time working on losing the baby weight! In Touch has learned that the new mom is hitting the gym hard
– with five trips to the gym in just two weeks!” InTouch writes.
Her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, says she's “focused” and “determined,” but the tab hints that it might be a bit too much too soon for the new mom.
“But Jessica looked downright exhausted as she left LA’s Bodiworx gym on June 12, her fifth trip in fourteen days,” says the publication.
Being apart from her daughter Maxwell is also taxing.
“She’s so emotional. She doesn’t want to leave her baby. Sometimes she just starts crying. It’s hard for her,” an insider is quoted as saying.
Still, “Jessica wants to set a good example for Maxi. She wants to teach her daughter to have a healthy lifestyle.”
The Weight Watchers deal isn't the only thing that's keeping Jessica motivated these days: she also plans to marry fiancé Eric Johnson by the end of the year so, as she once said herself, she has to do whatever it takes to fit into that wedding dress she's already bought.
