14 DAY TRIAL // These past several years, Jessica Simpson has been getting a considerable amount of attention, both negative and positive, for her weight before, during, and after both her pregnancies. She’s just made her first red carpet appearance after giving birth to son Ace Knute.
After she had daughter Maxwell in 2012, Jessica signed with Weight Watchers to lose the extra pounds and, at the same time, sell their program. Just as she was starting to show the results of all her hard work, she got pregnant again – more or less by “mistake,” if we’re to believe her.
In June this year, Jessica gave birth to her son and, shortly afterwards, she was back on the plan to get back in shape. She had a much easier mission ahead of her, as per her own words because, during her second pregnancy, she exercised moderation.
The Daily Mail has the photos of her official red carpet comeback – and we have to admit that she’s looking lovely as ever and much slimmer than before.
“Jessica Simpson looked slim and [gorgeous] in her red poppy flower dress at WWD's Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York Tuesday. The 33-year-old mini-mogul's shrinking waistline was cinched even further thanks to the floral frock's hidden black side panels,” the tab writes.
“The Weight Watchers spokeswoman was at the IAC Building to support her business partner Vince Camuto, who was being honored with a lifetime achievement award,” the publication further says.
Jessica has recently tweeted photos from a Weight Watchers shoot but she didn’t mention when the ads might be coming out. When they do, they will mark the big weight loss “reveal” that her fans have been waiting for.
In the meantime, Jessica is spending lots of quality time with her family, which also includes fiancé and baby daddy Eric Johnson, and her ever-expanding fashion empire. Her music career might have taken a nosedive, but Jessica is the most successful celebrity designer of the moment – and has been so for many years now.
