14 DAY TRIAL // Jessica Simpson will be getting married to fiancé and baby daddy Eric Johnson on July 4, but she has more than a beautiful wedding to look forward to, if the latest report in the print issue of Star magazine (story via CB) is true: she’s pregnant again.
Simpson and Johnson have two children together, one girl and one boy, Maxwell and Ace. Ace was conceived “by accident” only months after Max was born, and Jessica got a major kick out of telling this story to her fans in the interviews she gave on the topic.
In recent months, in between being a mom to the kids and running her very successful business empire, Jessica has also been putting in a lot of hours at the gym, working out to shed all excess weight until the wedding day.
As per reports, she’s down to 110 pounds (49.8 kg) with the help of Weight Watchers and by working out with a personal trainer several days a week. She’s also training on her own, getting up on the treadmill each day to walk at least 6 miles (9.65 km). Now that’s dedication!
Star mag is now saying that, having seen that she can lose the extra weight that comes with pregnancy, Jessica has decided to make one of her oldest dreams come true, that of having a large family.
“Jessica has been working so hard to get her body back, but she loves the idea of a big family. Another baby wouldn’t be a shock…. Now that she knows getting back to her pre-baby weight is possible, she thinks she’ll be able to handle pregnancy pounds better,” says a spy.
“And now that Ace is getting bigger, she’s starting to miss holding a little baby. She and Eric are definitely not done expanding their family,” the insider adds.
With the wedding set for early next month, if the pregnancy rumor is true, Jessica would still fit into her dress, which was one of her main reasons for postponing the ceremony when she found out she was pregnant with Ace because, by the time she would have finished the preparations, she would have been too big for the dress she’d chosen.
Jessica and Eric were engaged in November 2010, only a few months after they started dating. So far, they delayed the wedding twice, but Jessica has made it clear that she has no intention of doing the same again. So, if she’s really pregnant again, we’ll probably see for ourselves very soon.
