The first official look at Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s wedding has arrived: People magazine has released the cover pic for this week’s issue, which also brings a full spread with the groom and bride.

Check out the photo attached to this article.

Believe it or not, but Jessica was anything but the traditional wife, opting for pink instead of the classic white.

Because everything has to match the bride’s dress (a Giambattista Valli Haute Couture design), the theme of the entire ceremony, which took place in Italy and is believed to be the most expensive celebrity wedding in years, was pink.

The first photo shows a smiling Jessica sitting down, holding her bridal bouquet, while Justin is jumping in the background, something so childish and fun that only a guy like him could pull it off on such a big day.

Speaking with the mag about the nuptials, both Justin and Jessica said it turned out like a dream come true.

“It was really a special evening,” Justin says, stating the obvious.

“It was a total fantasy experience,” his wife chimes in. With so much pink around, no wonder it felt like a fairytale, but we doubt that’s what she meant by this.

In the same interview, Justin confirms yesterday’s reports that he serenaded his new wife with a song he wrote specifically for her. He also accompanied himself on the guitar.

“It was an original piece I wrote specifically for the evening and for her,” Justin says.

The duration of the nuptials was also like something we read about in fairytales: Justin and Jessica flew everyone to Italy for a whole week of celebrations.

“The pair welcomed 100 guests, including close friends Jimmy Fallon, Andy Samberg, Timbaland and Biel’s 7th Heaven costar Beverley Mitchell, to the Borgo Egnazia resort in southern Italy for a week-long wedding celebration,” People writes.

The full wedding album will be included in the print issue, which arrives on newsstands on Friday. Word has it People paid $300,000 (€231,803) for the pics.
