Ask anyone, and they will say Jessica Alba is probably the closest thing to perfection. Ask Alba herself, and she'll disagree: just like her father, she has a “bubble butt” so she has to put in the extra hours at the gym to make sure she keeps it in check.

To promote her eco-friendly line Honest Co, the actress sat down for an interview that is running in the latest issue of Self Magazine.

She's an actress, a mother and a businesswoman, but Alba is also a (role) model for women who want to live healthy and take proper care of their body.

And Jessica surely knows a lot about that: she has two adorable kids but you wouldn't be able to tell it by looking at her, because she's incredibly toned and fit.

It doesn't come without effort, she admits in the interview.

“Bubble butts, like my dad and I have, run in my family!” Jessica says of her worst physical feature.

“To tone up, I do jump lunges and squat jumps. They make me want to vomit, but they’re the best for getting my legs in shape,” she admits.

It's true, with her second pregnancy she did not gain as much weight as with her first, as she once admitted. She'd learned to indulge in her favorite treats in moderation and this inevitably showed after the birth, when she was back at the gym to lose the extra weight.

At the same time, Jessica was also busy on her latest business endeavor, a line of eco-friendly products aimed for families and new moms called Honest Co.

“I can’t think of a better way to spend my work life than on a movie set. But with people following me when I go out and everyone wanting me to endorse things, I thought, I can either go into a cave and hide or use my access to influence something I’m passionate about,” Jessica says.

“So I turned the attention into a positive by offering safe, nontoxic, affordable but high-quality products for families, all from one place,” she adds of her line, which she refers to as to her third baby.
