Jessica Alba Launches Baby Clothing Line

Fantastic Four actress Jessica Alba announced she planns to launch a baby clothing line next year in April.

Jessica 24, despite the fact she doesn't have children of her own, declared she's eager to see the little babies looking as stylish as their parents when they're out and about.

She says, "I have a baby clothing line. I've been buying baby clothes and (they're) boring."

We're making clothing similar to what their stylish parents wear. A percentage of profits will go to orphanages and women's shelters."

Jessica Marie Alba, born April 28, 1981, has been acting on screen for over 10 years. Her first appearance in film was a small role in the 1994 Family Adventure Comedy feature Camp Nowhere, as Gail.

She began to be noticed after co-starring in the 1999 comedy-horror film "Idle Hands", opposite Devon Sawa. After this she starred in the popular Fox sci-fi TV series "Dark Angel" until it was cancelled in 2002.

Since then her most notable roles have been as an aspiring dancer in "Honey", the stripper Nancy in "Sin City", and most recently the classic comic book character Invisible Woman in "Fantastic Four".
