14 DAY TRIAL // Jessica Biel walked the red carpet at the Oscars 2014 this Sunday without Justin Timberlake on her arm because he was on tour. However, before you get the notion that there might be something wrong with their marriage, here comes a rumor that they’re actually feeling broody.
Jessica and Justin have been together since 2007 and, from the very start, they have been plagued of all kinds of contradictory rumors. Since they tied the knot in 2012, many of these rumors revolved an upcoming pregnancy announcement.
Birthing guru Latham Thomas, who runs a website that offers advice and counseling to expectant moms, has inadvertently sent the rumor mill into overdrive by tweeting that she met and talked to Justin and Jessica “for hours” about birthing options.
“Highlight of my night- speaking about natural birth, home birth, & doulas with Justin Timberlake @jtimberlake & @jessicabiel #MamaGlow,” she wrote on her Twitter feed.
As was to be expected, many rushed to point out to her that Jessica was looking quite “flat” at the Oscars so she couldn’t possibly be expecting. Our take is they were trying to get confirmation, perhaps under the form of an answer along the lines of “yes, but she’s getting ready for a baby.”
The disappointment must have been huge in this case. “we know she isn't pregnant! She's a supporter of natural birth, doulas, and midwives. We talked about it for hours. [Justin] is a godfather to a lovely little girl and loves kids so stay tuned,” Thomas clarified in a later tweet.
That should be enough to put the pregnancy or baby plans rumors to rest for a while but, as it turns out, it didn’t – not entirely. As we speak, celebrity bloggers are saying that there’s only one reason why Jessica and Justin would meet with such a birthing guru to talk birthing options, and that’s because they too are considering starting a family soon.
After all, she has never denied she wants to have kids. So it could be that the “angel walking the earth,” as Thomas calls her in a later tweet, is feeling broody and she’s already doing her research.
The day after the Oscars ceremony, Jessica turned 32 and she celebrated with her husband and friends at a posh restaurant in Miami, one of Justin’s favorite.
“Thanks for the birthday love! You guys know how to make a girl feel good. Or woman, I guess... Or close to middle aged woman? Ah, forget it,” Jessica wrote on her own Twitter page the day after.
