When she saw her picture on the cover of the latest Playboy issue, the "hot babe" was totally outraged. She sued the magazine and asked for all copies to be taken out the market. It's too late for that, but sex mogul Hugh Hefner afraid of a trial and not willing to damage his image, promptly asked the actress to forgive the printing of the cover and offered all the money gathered from the current issue sales to be donated to Alba's favorite Charities. Usually, the cover of the famous magazine is just "a sneak" of what is to be expected inside.And, as a general rule, the cover sex bomb is to be discovered in "all grace and nudity" within the pages of the magazine. This was not the case, as Jessica Alba, despite playing promiscuous parts in movies and having no problem in showing off skin, refused to pose nude for any magazine. "In light of Mr. Hefner's personal apology for Playboy's unauthorized use of my photo on their cover, I have decided to discontinue my claims against them. This was never about money. It was about setting the record straight about something that was done without my knowledge or consent.", the actress stated. The cover photo was taken from "Into the Blue", an adventure movie that shows most of the time "bikini wearing Jessica Alba" images. Jessica Alba was chosen by the magazine's readers as the sexiest woman of the year and that motivated the managers to place the photo on the cover. This being said, the magazine officials feel they've done nothing wrong, but Alba's lawyers state that the photo was misused and "Sony Picture people" knew nothing about the purpose the image was demanded for.
