14 DAY TRIAL // “Para siempre,” reads the caption to the photo Jesse James posted on his Twitter page, showing him and Kat Von D embracing and kissing. In English, “forever.” The two are back together again, promising to try their best to make it work this time.
In July this year, the two announced they had ended their engagement and relationship, with him blaming the distance and Kat keeping mum on the topic.
Of course, that did not stop speculation from making the rounds, with many voices online claiming either one, if not actually the both of them had been unfaithful at one point.
Jesse and Kat refused to address such rumors and, apparently, it was because they were working on saving their doomed romance.
In a statement to People magazine, James says the engagement is back on. This time, though, they’re determined to make their long-distance relationship work.
“Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance,” he says for the celebrity magazine.
“I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her,” Jesse James pledges.
He’s not the only one to take to Twitter to share the wonderful news with the rest of the world. He posted a black and white photo of himself with Kat, and she chose a shot of herself embracing him.
In neither picture are their faces visible, but the message is clear: whatever came between them before and made them end their engagement is no longer there, they are working on their relationship.
When they broke up last month, they had about a month to go until the rumored wedding. It’s a known fact that, at the time of the breakup, Kat was designing her own wedding dress with some help from two of her designer friends.
