Jess Is Lucky She's Cute

Do you know the Evil Knivel laugh? That's what I imagine Jessica Simpson's stylist must be doing right now, as she/he managed to talk her into going outside dressed like that. And, what's worse, is the fact that people have the possibility to compare her latest public appearances to the photos taken for her bag and shoe line.

The result is positively not to Jessica's advantage. Right this very moment, the singer is soooo lucky she's one cute little blonde, with those adorable, kid-like gestures and poses, that one just might overlook the outfits she has on.

In the first photo, Jessica is roller skating at the Yahoo party for the launching of her 'A Public Affair' album and the black thing she threw on makes her look a bit fat and short. And, we can very well see that no bout of laryngitis, no matter how severe, is going to keep that mouth shut! So she can't speak, well…that's one thing, but Jessica can't seem to hold her lips closed for more than ten seconds in a row.

The second photo is taken on yet another promotional appearance and this time not even her cuteness can save her. I mean, the turquoise (which is, in most cases, a nice color) top with grandma black neckline and the short shorts... And the big bug-eyed sunglasses are just the cherry on top of the cake.

We used to like Jessica Simpson, as long as she never uttered a single word. But, lately, strange things are happening to her, considering the way she dresses... Maybe she should consider hiring another stylist, now, when something from the sexy kitten image can still be salvaged.
