Jeopardy! Deluxe Now Available for Macs

Over 3,000 clues from the TV show writers, three levels of difficulty and an extra

Mac game store and Encore Software have just rolled out the Mac version of the popular Jeopardy game. Jeopardy! Deluxe is currently available as a digital download (the term is explained below, just so everyone knows what and how they're buying) and its tests players' general knowledge just like the TV show. The game is priced at $20. System requirements are also available below.

Jeopardy! Deluxe features more than 3,000 clues from the TV show writers, three levels of difficulty and an extra: a daily clue.

"Get ready to test your knowledge with America's Favorite Quiz Show. Play

alone or pit yourself against the computer with up to two other contestants. Just like the show, if you respond correctly you lead the game, but if you're wrong, your competitors control the board and you have to use your wits to jump back in command or you might find yourself in JEPORADY!"

Main features:

- Over 3,000 clues written by the TV show writers
- Sharpen you skills on three different levels of difficulty
- Daily Clue - a Jeopardy! clue every day of the year

System specs, according to mac game store, are as follows:

- Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later
- PowerPC G4/G5 or Intel Mac
- 256 MB RAM
- 50 MB of free hard disk space
- 800x600 color display with thousands of colors or better

The mac game store usually offers demos too, for the games it hosts, and they'd have been glad to offer one for Jeopardy! Deluxe, had it been available. As such, the closest you'll get to finding out what the game looks like is by having a closer look at the images scattered from the top to the bottom of this piece.

However, since Jeopardy! Deluxe is a digital download, purchases will not be shipped out to you. Here's why: a software product, that is of Digital Download, is not physically shipped out to you upon purchase. Instead you "Download" the entire game from the Internet (locations differ per product). After downloading you install the game as normal and run it from your Hard Drive.

Digital Download purchases are non-refundable as well.
