Jennifer Lopez's Fling with Younger Dancer Is Not New

Yesterday, word got out that 42-year-old Jennifer Lopez was dating one of her backup dancers, the 24-year-old Casper Smart. Several reports are saying today that the two may have actually been together since this summer.

For those keeping track of celebrity gossip or for die hard JLo fans, this can only mean one thing: back when the glossies were saying she was dating Bradley Cooper, she was actually with Casper.

TMZ has a picture of the two looking very chummy, taken at the end of a gig JLo had in Europe over the summer.

The e-zine says that, at the time, the two weren't dating but they were definitely flirting and something was getting started.

“According to our sources, Lopez and Smart spent the first few months as 'just friends' – flirting, talking and just hanging out – but lately they've been touchy-feely in front of JLo's other dancers,” TMZ writes.

“The photo was snapped in the summer when JLo was in Ukraine for a performance. Casper danced in the show, but we're told they were not dating at the time,” adds the same report.

Since they started dating, Jennifer is more focused on Casper during rehearsals, which means “the mood has shifted,” says the same report.

The Daily Mail joins in the guessing game, saying that the two probably became intimate more recently, but they were probably together at the end of September, when JLo hit the clubs in Las Vegas.

Smart was with her at the time, as a series of photos that came out online confirm. The British tabloid even hints that they may have been an item back then.

As we also informed you yesterday, word has it that Jennifer and Smart are dating, but she's not willing to take this any further than a “fling.”

The singer went on the record back when the tabloids were having a field day with her supposed romance with Bradley Cooper, and said that she would not be making any comments regarding her love life unless it was something “serious.”
