Jennifer Lopez is tired of Casper Smart being immature all the time, and has finally realized that she has almost nothing in common with her 24-year-old backup dancer. She's decided to dump him once the current leg of her tour ends this month in Miami. For some weeks now, there's been a lot of speculation on the state of their romance, despite the fact that, for the first time ever, the two agreed to talk about it
in a TV interview.
Completely infatuated with Smart at first, Jennifer has finally realized that he is not the man for her. It's not so much that he's not good, but rather that they are not good together, sources close to the couple say for
Radar Online.
Jennifer turned 43 just recently, while he's just 24 years old. Never before has the age gap been as
obvious as it is now that they're on tour together, one insider explains.
As fans must know, Jennifer is touring with Enrique Iglesias and Casper is her tour choreographer.
“Jen is currently on tour with Enrique Iglesias, and Casper is the head choreographer of her show in which he also dances. It’s tough being on the road – this isn’t Jen’s first tour and she has been feeling more like Casper’s babysitter than girlfriend,” a spy says.
“Casper likes to hang out and party with the other dancers and that just isn’t Jen’s scene. She is all business and is the utmost professional. Jen is absolutely going to break up with him, they just don’t have a long term future together,” adds the insider.
However, because she couldn't deal with the drama just now, Jennifer has decided to wait until the current leg of the tour ends this month with a show in Miami, which is when she'll break the news to Casper.
“Casper will most likely be sent packing when the tour ends in Miami. Jen admits that she fell for Casper and that he was exactly what she needed at the time to help get over her painful split with Marc, but she is just ready to move on now,” the insider explains.
Indeed, Jennifer started dating Casper shortly after she separated and filed for divorce from Marc Anthony.
