Jennifer Lopez may finally have the perfect marriage and perfect family with now-husband Marc Antony and the twins they have together, but there is one man in her past that will simply not go away. Ojani Noa, the singer’s first husband, is looking to release a tell-all movie and intimate home videos shot while they were still together in the ‘90s, granted he manages to bypass Lopez’s fierce legal defense, TMZ informs.

The two were married for less than a year between 1997 and 1998, but, ever since Jennifer Lopez became the international star that she is now, Ojani has been constantly threatening to reveal embarrassing details of their life together. First, he wanted to come out with a book a few years ago, the release of which Lopez’s attorneys managed to block, while also forcing Noa to sign a confidentiality agreement.

It is this agreement that he’s now violating with the attempted release of the movie on their life as a couple. “Jennifer Lopez has unleashed a legal nightmare on her ex-husband – filing a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Ojani Noa over a tell-all movie and intimate home videos. In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, JLo claims Ojani is planning to release a movie called ‘How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story’ – which Lopez claims is a direct violation of a confidentiality agreement they signed a few years back.” TMZ writes.

Reports have it that Noa is basing his defense on the argument that the movie is a parody of sorts, which means he is in no violation of said confidentiality agreement. However, as far as the home videos go, he has no excuse for releasing those to the public, word has it. This is why Lopez is asking for that alone no less than $10 million in damages, granted they ever get to see the light of day.

“Lopez also claims Noa intends to market ‘11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage of Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa’ – which Lopez claims is also in violation of their agreement. […] Lopez is suing Noa for breach of contract and invading her privacy – and she wants no less than $10,000,000. Lopez also wants a judge to order Noa to stop any plans to move forward with the movie or release the footage.” TMZ further says.
