Earlier last month, a song called “Fresh Out the Oven” surfaced on the Internet, promoting a so-called Lola person and featuring Pitbull. Minutes later, it emerged that Lola was actually Jennifer Lopez trying on a different persona for a change. Fans will be glad to hear that the singer also released a video for the single over the weekend, as AceShowbiz can also confirm.

Unlike Jennifer Lopez or even JLo, Lola is bolder and more to the point, which was obvious even from the track itself. As such, it was only to be expected that the video too be a more in your face, sensual type of affair, consisting mostly of repetitive shots, moments of play with shadows and light, outrageous outfits and makeup, and of course, off the wall dancing.

“Jennifer Lopez finally brings forward a music video in support of her new song ‘Fresh Out the Oven.’ Directed by Jonas Akerlund, the video features male and female dancers bouncing to the Pitbull-featuring track which serves as a promotional song for her new album ‘Love?’,” the aforementioned music-oriented publication writes. With all this, reports in the media suggest that “Fresh Out the Oven” will not be the leading single for the upcoming album, as Lopez opted for “Louboutins” instead, the track she showcased at last night’s American Music Awards 2009.

Speaking of this year’s AMAs, we were also telling you a few hours ago that Jennifer Lopez suffered a minor incident during the performance of the latter song, as she landed badly and fell flat on her backside. For “Louboutins,” Lopez imagined the performance as a huge boxing arena where she and the dancers were the champions. At one point, about halfway through the song, she climbed a staircase made off her dancers’ backs and then jumped.

Either because of the slippery floor or the flat-soled shoes she had on, the singer slipped and took a rather serious tumble. To her credit, she immediately got up and danced the fall away as if nothing had happened, as we also told you earlier. Below is the official video for “Fresh Out the Oven” from Jennifer Lopez. Enjoy.
