Coming to put to rest all those rumors about tension between them because of the choices they have already made in their love life, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony stepped out together over the weekend to promote their new show.

As fans must know, even before they started having issues with their marriage, the two started working on a joint project, a talent show that would see them travel Latin America in search of one huge star.

Called “Q'Viva! The Chosen,” the project continued without interruption even after Jennifer filed for divorce from Marc citing irreconcilable differences.

AceShowbiz is now reporting that, despite rumors to the contrary, the two are still on excellent terms – and proof of that is to be found in their behavior towards each other at a recent press call.

“The parents of twins attended a panel at Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena on Saturday, January 14 to promote 'Q'Viva! The Chosen',” the celebrity e-zine says.

“Anthony helped Lopez to get to her seat and they sat next to each other on stage. The former couple smiled throughout the event and corresponded each other during the conversation with the audience,” adds the report.

“Anthony reportedly even held her hand to examine some of her rings. After he let go, she lightly stroke his arm,” AceShowbiz further notes.

Since there photos available online of Anthony looking at Jennifer's hand, the event became source material for online humor, with many joking that he just wanted to see whether she was still wearing her wedding ring (which, obviously, she wasn't).

They also showed up at the event holding hands.

At the press event, reporters wanted to know whether their dynamics as partners had changed now that they were no longer a couple.

Anthony replied that they still felt the same pleasure and sense of fulfillment when doing a project together as they did when they were still married, nothing had changed in this respect.

As for the impulse they felt to launch a talent show, just as talk emerged that the market was saturated with them, he said timing was of the essence.

“There are good ideas and there are great ideas, and great ideas are when everybody wins. We had many things to consider project-wise, and it was about time to take (this) on,” he said, as cited by the aforementioned publication.
