Jennifer Lopez Is Pressing Casper Smart for a Baby

Jennifer Lopez isn't known for doing things in halves and this also applies to her love life. Now dating her backup dancer Casper Smart, the diva is 110% in love and is pressing him to have kids and start a family, say the latest reports.

Talk of how Jennifer had already decided Casper was “the one” for her despite the age gap (she's 42, he's 24) has been around for months.

The Enquirer claims in its latest print issue (story via CB) that things are getting serious but, unfortunately, it's only on her end.

In other words, she wants babies and Casper doesn't.

“I’m too young to have kids!” he reportedly told friends after he read in the press some of Jennifer's comments during an interview for her film “What to Expect When You're Expecting.”

Jennifer is feeling her biological clock ticking and she wants to have a baby asap with Casper but he, on the other hand, believes he has at least another 10 years without such problems on his mind.

“Casper’s got absolutely NO interest in becoming a father. He freaked out when he read Jen’s comments, and it forced a very awkward conversation between them,” says an unnamed spy claiming to be well familiar with the situation.

“He had to know if she was serious about it, because it’s certainly not part of his agenda for at least another 10 years. Casper told her he’s too young to be a dad and needs to focus on his career right now,” adds the insider.

Even though Smart is convinced that family life is not the best thing for him right now, Jennifer is yet to give up hope on making him see the “light,” constantly telling him what a “blessing” children are.

“Clearly she is trying to ease her young lover into the idea of being a father. Casper tried to be gentle with her about the subject, but he made it clear that fatherhood isn’t even on his radar yet,” the insider says.

His reaction nearly broke Jennifer's heart, since she knows this race against the clock is one she can't win.

“Jennifer knows she can’t wait another 10 years to have more kids. And besides, she’s got all the help in the world, so it’s not like kids would get in the way of Casper’s career,” the source dishes.
