Jennifer Lopez Is Growing “Frustrated” with Boytoy Casper Smart

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are on the rocks, sources close to the diva tell People magazine. Contrary to ongoing reports, the problems have nothing to do with Casper's allegedly secret orientation, but rather with how fast things have evolved between them.

After playing it coy for a while whenever asked about their romance, just months after they started dating, JLo and Casper moved right on to public love statements.

He's been featured in her music videos and proudly showed off on stage on her tour, and he's also moved in with her and they act as if they've been dating for ages.

It might be a little too much for Jennifer, People magazine writes, citing a source close to the star. She's starting to grow “frustrated” and tired of him.

“He's moved into her life – and a little too easily, too. I think her family is watching him closely,” says the source, suggesting that the highly mediated romance might be breathing its last breaths.

“The source says 'she's getting frustrated with him' and she's increasingly 'short-tempered when she's around him',” People adds.

Just a short time ago, Jennifer was basically declaring her love for Casper in concert, with a “sweet clip” for “Baby I Love U,” the publication points out, so either something happened to make her feel differently, or she's just realized things were moving too quickly for her.

Even so, People adds, chances are a breakup might still be a long way down the road: if anything, Jennifer is a creature of habit and she can hardly stand being single.

“Jennifer is the kind of girl who doesn't like to be alone. Until she finds a replacement, I think, he's around,” says another insider.

Jennifer started dating Casper shortly after filing for divorce from Marc Anthony so, at least on that count, the spy is right: she doesn't really like going through life on her own, without a man by her side.
