Jennifer Lopez’s personal life will remain private. After her ex-husband Ojani Noa managed to sidestep a judge’s restriction to sell a private video tape he had made of him and Jennifer on their honeymoon, the singer has obtained another restraining order from a judge.

In other words, there will be no personal footage of Lopez on the market anytime soon.

As we also noted a short while ago, in order to be able to sell the tape (which is only potentially embarrassing because it’s private, not because of what is shown on it), Noa sold it first to his current girlfriend.

At the time we covered the story, the girlfriend was in talks with several media outlets to release it – for a price, of course – and, by the looks of things, Lopez had no saying in the matter.

Quite on the contrary, TMZ writes: a judge has issued another restraining order, barring the girlfriend from making the tape public.

“Jennifer Lopez’ famous booty is temporarily protected from public consumption, thanks to an LA County Superior Court judge,” TMZ writes.

Reports had it at one point that the most revealing shots on the tape were those of Lopez in a bathing suit – with a focus particularly on her most famous asset.

“JLo just scored a restraining order against Claudia Vasquez – the current girlfriend of her ex-husband Ojani Noa, the same ex-husband who filmed the honeymoon footage back in 1997 and has been dogging her ever since,” TMZ says.

The judge barred Vasquez from selling the tape to a third party until she gets Lopez’s consent for it, which, of course, she never will.

“Claudia tried arguing there’s no proof she’s trying to sell the tape, but she’s not denying it either. The judge apparently thinks Claudia’s motives are more sinister,” the same media outlet writes.

For the time being, Lopez is in the clear as regards the possibility of the tape to surface – however, that will probably last until Noa and Vasquez come up with another method to avoid the restraining order.
