She’s an artist, she should cover herself up for a family show, viewers in the UK say

Jennifer Lopez performed her brand new single, “Live It Up,” on Britain’s Got Talent the other night, on the results show. Viewers are incredibly outraged at her outfit, her performance and how disgustingly inappropriate she was.

I also mentioned yesterday about some rumblings about the “raunchiness” of her routine.

As it turns out, things are even worse, as the Daily Mail can confirm: thousands took to Twitter to trash the diva, urging her to remember that, as an artist, she should know to adapt her shows to her audience.

In other words: a leather leotard and thigh-high boots, a pole and inappropriate gestures should not have been part of the “baggage” the other night, because the show aired at an hour when kids could have been watching.

Some viewers were so outraged that they even complained to Ofcom, which regulates broadcasting in the country.

“Ofcom can confirm that it has received complaints about the Britain's Got Talent broadcast last night, which we are assessing but not currently investigating,” Ofcom says in a statement to the same British tab.
