14 DAY TRIAL // As the day of the premiere for “X-Men: Days of Future Past” draws ever nearer, we get a closer look at the latest mutant movie that's set to take the destruction back to the past. This week, it's not a new trailer, but a brand new fight scene, starring everyone's favorite actress, Jennifer Lawrence, in the role of Mystique.
In this scene, you're going to see Jennifer (or rather, her stunt double) deal with an entire room of generals and their auxiliary personnel. Several armed men are taken down by Mystique's awesome martial art skills which are complemented by her lightning-fast reflexes.
Also in the scene is Peter Dinklage, the man made famous by his role of Tyrion in the HBO fantasy drama “Game of Thrones.” In this movie, however, he plays the role of the ruthless Bolivar Tras, a man bent on removing the mutant threat from human society.
The movie directed by Bryan Singer is due to be released in theaters worldwide starting with May 22. “Days of Future Past” is considered to be the sequel to the previous “X-Men” movies “The Last Stand” and “First Class” and it sees the trilogy's original characters joining forces with their younger selves in order to change their pasts and thus preventing a cataclysm in the future.
