It appears that Jennifer's "serious therapy sessions" were not enough to cure the Brad obsession, nor to accept she has a part of blame for their broken marriage. Aniston confessed recently that, from time to time, she appeals to a rather unusual method for overcoming her "loneliness and confusion".

Aniston and Pitt split up back in January and she filed for divorce in March, citing irreconcilable differences. Since then, Jennifer is fighting with her contradictory feelings, by yelling at the ocean near her retreat in Malibu, California.

"Am I lonely? Yes. Am I confused? Yes. Do I have my days when I throw myself a little pity party? Absolutely.

But I find it cathartic to go to the water's edge and scream," Aniston said.
