Late last week, we were telling you that the upcoming issue of OK! magazine aimed to shed some light on Jennifer Aniston’s supposedly thinner and more toned frame by offering both her workout routine and her diet. Yesterday, OK! ran the story of Aniston’s diet for fast weight loss, so that all looking to get a svelte body can follow it.

As fans must already know, Jennifer is now in Hawaii, shooting for her latest film, a comedy with Adam Sandler and Nicole Kidman called “Just Go with It.” Because of where it’s shot, the script has the star often wearing swimsuits and summery outfits, which means she had to get in the best shape possible, especially since Sports Illustrated model Brooklyn Decker will also be on set, shooting some scenes.

So, Aniston went on a diet, OK! claims, though the actress repeatedly said she would never diet for the simple reason that she couldn’t live without her daily cup of coffee or dairy. For breakfast, “Jen enjoyed healthy smoothies. Try it: Freeze three cups of organic watermelon chunks. Blend with two and a half cups unsweetened almond milk,” OK! says. As a side note, the mag makes no mention of how it got hold of Aniston’s supposed diet.

“Lunch: Jen ate soup pureed with dandelion greens, spinach and arugula. Another lunch idea is not pate: Blend a zucchini, ginger, garlic clove, half a cup raw agave, half a cup uncooked soy sauce, lemon juice, cayenne and onion. Grind a cup each of pumpkin and sunflower seeds and almonds. Mix together. Dinner: Seaweed salad revs the metabolism and may help dissolve fat deposits. Another organic option: Blend lemon juice, a garlic clove, a quarter cup olive oil and sea salt and toss with a salad of one bunch chopped parsley, a diced tomato and half a white onion, diced,” OK! says of the other two meals of the day.

In an earlier online issue, OK! was saying of Aniston’s workout routine that she liked to keep active most days of the week, doing cardio, walking up stairs, swimming, yoga, Pilates, boxing and free weights. If this one is accurate, OK! is irresponsible (at the very least) for printing the low-calorie diet, as it would effectively drain the dieter of all energy, word in the blogosphere has it. Several media outlets have tried to contact Aniston for comment on the diet piece, but she remains unavailable. At best, she’s undertaken the diet and intense workout combo under the guidance of a specialist.
