Ever since her divorce from Brad Pitt, the world tried really, really hard to find the perfect dream lover to heal Jennifer Aniston's broken heart, sweep her off her feet and help her move on. Despite the fact that Jen managed to get on perfectly fine by herself, the "help Jen find true love" undercurrent of sympathy survives to this day. Consequently, the popular actress has been linked to some of Hollywood's finest beaus - sometimes for good reason, sometimes not so much - and every time she's said to be "hooking up" with someone new, there's a huge display of interest and a lot of almost public support urging her on, almost like fans at a football match, cheering their favorite players to score. When the man in question is Orlando Bloom, things suddenly acquire a completely new dimension.
Aniston and Bloom joined a bunch of other Hollywood A-listers attended at a charity event which aimed raise funds for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation.
The fathering took place at Beso, the restaurant owned by Eva Longoria at the end of March, and eyewitnesses quoted by OK! reveal that Jennifer and Orlando were making no secret of their attraction for one another. "They were like heat-seeking missiles," says one insider who attended the same event. "They came together, threw their arms around each other and shared a big hug". Another witness added that "I saw them in a booth next to each other and Jen was looking at Orlando like he was her favorite person in the world. She looked like she wanted to grab him and make out with him!"
Aniston is rumored to have a "serious crush" on the Orlando. The two actors met when Bloom was cast as Prince Paris opposite Brad Pitt's Achilles in "Troy", and are said to have remained friends - and possibly a little more - ever since. However, Jennifer Aniston's publicist Stephen Huvane has dismissed claims of a romance and stated that "Orlando is a friend. They both have the same manager and sometimes will be at the same place". However, Huvane has a part record of not being entirely truthful. Among other "rumors" about Aniston, he also denied she was engaged to Brad Pitt, as well as her 2005 break-up from Pitt. Which means that, at this point, anything can happen - so stay tuned for more news.
